This video is designed with unity in mind. I eat out at restaurants all the time and wanted to design a video around it. These videos and photographs are an example of unity because instead of you normally eating by yourself, your server is eating with you, creating unity at the table. Sharing food with someone you wouldn't normally share with. For this video, I tried to fit all of these photos together as a whole. I wanted the relationship between the server and myself to be visually known. The last words of the song being played in the background are "if these walls come crumbling down."I chose these songs lyrics, because I believe that people should unite with one another in public space to achieve unified relationships.

balance

In my home the focal point of the houe is my living room. In this video I emphasize how many different ways I can rearrange the pillows on my couch. Also, I incorporated balance throughout this video by balancing the couch pillows on top of each other moving from one side of the couch to the other. With my living room being the focal point of my living room I realized that everything in my house was designed around this couch.

Everyday I go to my mailbox to check my mail. The design of this video was based on emphasizing walking to my mailbox and the proportion of the packages I was receiving. There are five packages that  I receive, each one resembling one day out of the week. Each package gets bigger in proportion to represent the build up of school work I receive during one week of school. Variety is also a part of this design because all of these packages are not the same.

driving

When driving, everyone on the road is sharing the same space. For example, sharing the same car lane. I designed this video to describe unity. This video starts off with me singing and driving in my car and I notice someone in the next lane singing to the same song as I am. By eye contact, we get each others attention and she pulls off the road and accompanies me in my car. We unite, sing in harmony and drive off together.

sleepy time.

Sleeping. Everybody does it and I usually dont get enough of it. These videos and photos emphase how exhausted I am when I get home from going out. By having different locations you can understand the emphasis that I literally can fall asleep anywhere. I tend to fall asleep quickly when I least expect it and that is what I designed these videos around.
