3d to 2d

I created this 2d image by changing the texture of the picture first to look like an older photo. I then added in the white fence because the soap figure that I made was a sheep and they are usually behind fences whenever I see them. I also added text to the ba ba black sheep song because this also reminds me of sheep. I changed the song to say white sheep instead of black.

I made this piece to resemble a strange pointy outfit that I saw lady gaga wear. I wanted to make a rounded tunnels at first then it wasn't working out the way I intended so I started making ponty tops for the tunnels on top. This shows my identity by bring well rounded on the bottom but it is also pointed to show my aggressive side

the process

for this project I decided to make an apple. the propotions were the hardest part. I was going to use the sander then used sandpaper and an exacto knife instead. I cut out larger circles for the apple in the beginning and in the end, making larger circles were the hardest to cut down to the right proportion.

 2nd piece

My second piece is supposed to resemble a bridge. I wanted to make a curvy bridge because I've never seen or heard of one before. I used purple and blue because I wanted to have a cool feeling bridge. With the ink on the curved paper I did a light to dark value. All the bridges i've been over or have seen are all one solid color, and I wanted to change that.
